The Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (CSTP), with support from OSPI, hosted this virtual Leadership Lab which focused on the learning and reflections of educators from school districts that have experienced teacher residencies with Dr. Adeyemi Stembridge, a culturally responsive teacher and researcher. In this video, residency educators discuss the transformative impacts of the teacher residencies on their practice, mindset and ways in which they view their classroom.
