The Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (CSTP), with support from OSPI, hosted a virtual Leadership Lab on May 7 focused on the learning and reflections of elementary school educators from Clover Park School District that had experienced teacher residencies with Dr. Adeyemi Stembridge, a culturally responsive teacher and researcher. They discuss the transformative impacts of the teacher residencies on their practice, mindset and ways in which they view their classroom. Dr. Stembridge provides some final thoughts and draws upon his vast expertise and experience as a teacher.
