SUMMARY:Leadership Lab: Culturally Responsive Education Through Teacher Residencies
DESCRIPTION:The Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession is excited to host an in-person Leadership Lab focused on the learning and reflections of educators from school districts that have experienced teacher residencies with Dr. Adeyemi Stembridge\, a culturally responsive teacher and researcher. This Leadership Lab will feature educators from two residency districts: Everett and Riverview. \nResidency educators will discuss the transformative impacts of the teacher residencies on their practice\, mindset and ways in which they view their classroom. Read more about Dr. Stembridge’s work here on his website. \nThe Leadership Lab will be most relevant to classroom teachers\, instructional coaches and building and district administrators.
